Job summary

Kurita America Inc. in Phoenix seeks an Account Manager - Microelectronics to support and expand its relationship with TSMC in Arizona. You will coordinate proposals, manage opportunities, and work cross-functionally with engineering, project management, construction, procurement, and our Japan HQ to grow semiconductor business.

Travel up to 10% domestically; a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in B2B sales are required. English fluency is essential; knowledge of water treatment is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 3+ years in sales, account management, business development or customer-facing project coordination.
• Experience in B2B sales or industrial customer support.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with TSMC stakeholders in Arizona.
• Serve as a key customer contact for sales inquiries and opportunity development.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities within TSMC facilities.
• Coordinate proposal development with engineering, project management, construction, procurement, and Japan HQ teams.
• Support quotation preparation, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations.
• Maintain sales pipeline, opportunity tracking, and project forecasts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction during project execution.
