Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Technical Procurement Buyer to develop and manage supplier relationships, ensuring cost-effective procurement for a state-of-the-art semiconductor fab. You will drive strategic sourcing, optimize processes, and collaborate with engineering, operations and finance to align procurement with production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic supplier partnerships to ensure reliable delivery of materials and services.
• Perform technical sourcing, purchasing, and negotiation to secure cost-effective, high-quality materials.
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, delivery, and cost targets are met.
• Implement procurement strategies to reduce costs and enhance supply chain resilience.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance to align procurement with production schedules.
• Lead root-cause analysis for supplier-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, SEMI, and ethical standards in procurement activities.
