Job summary

Talently is seeking a sales-oriented professional to join our Water, Waste, Steam, and Air Conditioning Services team in Phoenix. Based onsite, you will build relationships with semiconductor manufacturers, identify project opportunities, coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement, and international teams, and support the delivery of equipment and integrated services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Three+ years in sales, account management, or customer-facing project coordination.
• Experience in B2B sales or industrial customer support.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to translate customer needs into internal actions.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, problem-solving, and priority-management skills.
• Collaborate independently with engineering, construction, procurement, project management, customers, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customer stakeholders across semiconductor manufacturing operations.
• Serve as a key customer contact for sales communications, inquiries, opportunity development, and ongoing support.
• Identify and pursue new equipment, water treatment, and integrated project opportunities.
• Coordinate proposals with engineering, project management, construction, procurement, and international headquarters teams.
• Support quotation preparation, commercial discussions, contract negotiations, cost reimbursement, and billing processes.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, opportunity tracking, customer information, and project forecasts.
• Monitor customer expansion plans, project schedules, priorities, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to promote customer satisfaction and strengthen long-term partnerships.
