Job summary

Kurita America Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Account Manager to support and expand Kurita's business with TSMC in Arizona.

The role focuses on developing customer relationships, identifying project opportunities, coordinating proposals, and supporting long-term growth within TSMC's semiconductor operations. The position is based in Arizona with up to 10% travel, and involves collaboration with intercontinental teams, including Japan headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or customer-facing project coordination.
• Experience in B2B sales or industrial customer support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with TSMC stakeholders in Arizona.
• Serve as a key customer contact for sales-related communication, inquiries, and opportunity development.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities within TSMC semiconductor manufacturing facilities.
• Support expansion of Kurita’s business scope from small-scale projects to larger integrated project packages.
• Coordinate proposal development with engineering, project management, construction, procurement, and Japan headquarters teams.
• Support quotation preparation, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations.
• Support cost reimbursement and billing processes.
• Maintain sales pipeline, opportunity tracking, customer information, and project forecasts.
• Monitor TSMC’s expansion plans, project schedules, customer priorities, and competitor activities.
• Support internal coordination to ensure customer satisfaction during project execution.
• Contribute to strengthening Kurita’s long-term strategic partnership with TSMC.
