Job summary

Brilar is seeking a relationship-driven Account Manager to strengthen client partnerships and protect recurring business for our landscape, snow, and ice removal services in Michigan. You will serve as the primary contact for an assigned portfolio and collaborate with operations and branch leadership to understand, communicate, and deliver on commitments.

Responsibilities include building trust, conducting site audits, delivering clear reports, and pursuing renewal and expansion opportunities

Qualifications

• Three years of customer service and sales experience.
• Three years in commercial landscape or snow removal industry.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly in writing and speech.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Build, retain, and grow client relationships across lawn maintenance, landscape enhancements, and snow and ice removal services.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts with timely communication and follow-through.
• Learn each client’s property, priorities, and expectations to address concerns quickly.
• Complete monthly site audits, share clear reports, and coordinate service with operations and leadership.
• Identify and present opportunities that add value and maximize portfolio potential.
• Achieve renewal and upsell sales goals while maintaining records and sold-work information.
• Support resolution of client concerns by clear communication and ownership.
• Represent Brilar professionally at client meetings and events while supporting safety and reporting.
