Job summary

Brilar is a commercial landscape and snow management company seeking a decisive Branch Operations Manager. You will lead planning through execution, translating scopes and budgets into labor plans, schedules, and field priorities to deliver safe, profitable results.

The role focuses on developing field managers, aligning people and equipment, improving accountability, and driving continuous improvement to strengthen branch profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management-level experience in landscape/snow operations.
• Proven record of leading multiple crews and field managers.
• Strong planning, budgeting, and financial principles.
• Ability to switch between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own branch production planning and field execution for landscape maintenance and snow ops.
• Translate contracts, scopes, budgets, and service expectations into labor plans and schedules.
• Manage projects from pre-production planning through closeout, tracking hours and profitability.
• Build snow response plans to maximize staffing and equipment readiness.
• Review field performance, drive corrective action, and protect client relationships.
• Partner with Branch Manager on operating plans and financial performance.
• Lead, coach, and hold Field Operations Managers accountable.
• Develop training for field leaders and crews on operations and safety.
• Oversee readiness and maintenance of branch vehicles and assets.
• Use data to right-size crews and improve margins.
