Job summary

Arxada is seeking an Account Manager for Industrial Water & Distribution to drive growth across North America. You will manage strategic accounts, develop plans, and expand relationships with distributors and partners to deliver revenue and profitability.

You will collaborate with Technical Service, Marketing, Regulatory, Product Management, and R&D to promote water treatment solutions, leveraging Salesforce CRM to manage opportunities and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in technical sales, account management, or business development in industrial water treatment.
• Experience with distributors and indirect sales models.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to develop business cases, growth strategies, forecasts, and customer value propositions.
• Knowledge of industrial water treatment applications and data center cooling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic Industrial Water accounts across North America, delivering revenue growth, profitability, and customer retention.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans, identify new business opportunities, and convert sales leads into revenue streams.
• Lead distributor and channel partner relationships, including performance management and distribution optimization.
• Collaborate with teams to develop and commercialize customer-focused solutions.
