Thunder Tech Services Inc. in the Cleveland area is seeking an Account Manager to join our Client Services Department. You will nurture client relationships, establish goals with each account, and oversee day-to-day management of client projects to ensure deadlines are met.

This role requires a proactive, organized professional with strong communication skills who can coordinate with production teams and executives. Hybrid work includes in-office days and remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related program.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a marketing role.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and extend client relationships.
• Work with each client to establish target goals and objectives.
• Day-to-day client relationship management.
• Develop and execute on strategic recommendations.
• Stay abreast of changes in markets and technologies to analyze accounts.
• Involved in brainstorming and troubleshooting processes, creativity and problem solving.
• Motivate others and utilize negotiation skills as needed.
• Work through a sales and farming process to pitch services that meet client needs.
• Ability to give “color” to “black & white” situations to find a solution that works for both agency and client.
• Critical thinker who can reframe client requests to provide solutions agnostic of medium.
