Job summary

thunder::tech in the Cleveland-Akron area is seeking a Senior Account Manager to serve as the primary strategic partner for a portfolio of high-value clients. You will collaborate with internal teams and production to manage relationships, growth and day-to-day project coordination.

We offer a hybrid schedule with in-office presence required Tue and Wed, a competitive base salary and potential for performance-based bonuses, plus health coverage and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in marketing or account management (agency preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field.
• Proven ability to analyze campaigns using KPIs and analytics.
• Strong client-facing communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
