Based in the Cleveland-Akron area with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office), this role emphasizes relationship management, proposal development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in marketing and/or account management, agency experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field.
• Strong ability to analyze KPI data and communicate insights to clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain senior client relationships with key stakeholders.
• Lead strategic campaigns and present plans to clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Identify opportunities for additional agency services within accounts.
