Job summary

Moss Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to oversee the customer experience, revenue, and profitability for assigned accounts.

You will coordinate solution design, quotes, and project administration while acting as the primary in-house contact for customers and internal Moss departments. Responsibilities include managing price quotes, coordinating kickoff meetings, and ensuring timely completion of projects from design through invoicing.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent related job experience.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills with internal teams and customers.
• Five to seven years of project management or customer service experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience reading blueprints and design decks preferred.
• PMP certification preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Manages price quote administration by qualifying new opportunities to create accurate quotes.
• Facilitates meetings with internal resources for opportunity kick-off, estimating, and solution design.
• Oversees assigned projects from opportunity to invoicing, keeping departments informed of status.
• Maintains all required documentation such as change orders, approvals, and scheduling.
• Supports finances to help collect outstanding payments when necessary.
• Responds to customer inquiries as the primary in-house contact and ensures customer satisfaction.
