Job summary

Moss in Las Vegas seeks an Account Manager to oversee customer experience, account revenue, and project administration for assigned accounts. You will be the primary in-house contact for solutions design, price quote administration, and cross-functional coordination with sales, operations, and finance.

This role requires strong communication, 5–7 years in PM or customer service, and proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree is required or equivalent related job experience.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills with internal teams and external customers.
• Five to seven years of project management or customer service experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Experience reading blueprints and design decks preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages price quote administration by qualifying new opportunities to create accurate and comprehensive price quotes.
• Facilitates meetings with internal resources for opportunity kick-off, estimating, and solution design.
• Oversees projects from initial opportunity through contract execution, production, installation, and invoicing.
• Maintains documentation such as change orders, approvals, scheduling, and client files in Moss OS.
• Answers questions from Moss Operations to ensure product meets customer expectations.
• Accurate order entry and order administration; maintain customer and project data.
• Proactively manages opportunities and maintains up-to-date information for sales forecasting.
