Moss Inc. is seeking an Account Coordinator to support Account Managers in day-to-day operations, including quotes, opportunity management, and project coordination.

The role provides training and growth toward Associate Account Manager or Account Manager positions. Responsibilities include coordinating with outside vendors, managing schedules, art file requirements, and production timelines, while maintaining thorough documentation in Moss OS.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Preferred: Sales or Project Management experience.
• Ability to manage quotes, timelines, and artwork coordination.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Managers to support day-to-day operations.
• Assist in price quote administration and opportunity management.
• Support in follow-up on active quotes and project management tasks.
• Coordinate with outside services providers contracted for projects.
• Assist with project scheduling, lead times, and art file requirements.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and route information to the right person.
• Provide back-up coverage for Account Managers during travel or PTO.
• Maintain documentation such as change orders, approvals, and client files in Moss OS.
