Job summary

Moss Holding Company, a Vomela Company, is seeking an Account Manager to ensure an exceptional customer experience, drive account revenue and oversee project administration for assigned accounts. You will specify Moss products and custom solutions, respond to inquiries, and serve as the primary in-house contact for solutions design and price quote administration.

The role involves opportunity management, revenue growth for assigned accounts, and coordinating cross-functional resources to deliver

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent related job experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication with internal teams and external customers.
• 5–7 years of project management or customer service in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage price quote administration by qualifying new business opportunities to create accurate quotes.
• Lead kickoff meetings with internal resources for estimates and solution design.
• Facilitate project Put-to-Work meetings to align costs, resources and timelines.
• Coordinate approvals, lead times, art file requirements, deadlines and rush fees.
• Ensure all commercial sign-offs (purchase orders, change orders, submittals).
• Maintain Moss OS and Salesforce data; proactively forecast opportunities and growth.
