Mars Accelerators, a global division of Mars Snacking, seeks a Customer Manager to lead the Wegmans account. You will drive the development and execution of key account strategies across our portfolio, shaping growth opportunities and strengthening retailer partnerships.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Account Sales – East, you will align strategy with retailers' growth, manage the financial forecast, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver annual objectives.

Qualifications

• Significant related experience
• Account Management Experience
• Ability to develop, present, and execute customer plans with a focus on customer communication and account penetration
• Ability to understand market dynamics, forecast results, and analyze and interpret data
• Strong understanding of trade strategy, retail operation, and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Achieve business objectives through developing and maintaining customer relationships by aligning strategy for retailers' growth across assortment, merchandising, pricing, and promotion
• Leads direct and cross functional teams to identify opportunities and collaborate on solutions
• Owns and manages the development of the financial forecast to deliver annual company objectives
• Leverage complex data sources to influence internal and external stakeholder decisions
