• Translating customer strategies into actionable, measurable in-store activities.
• Communicating effectively with Accelerator internal teams and Retail partners.
• Designing and tracking KPIs and analytics for objectives.
• Leading end-to-end collaboration across Account, Shopper Marketing, Customer Marketing, Display & Equipment, and Category teams.
• Documenting and embedding operational processes and change management within the Accelerator Retail team.
• Providing timely communications to Leadership on performance metrics and opportunities.
• Developing timelines and materials for Retail execution (cycle plans, system setup, instructions, reporting).
• Partnering with the broader Retail Strategy & Operations Team on cross-team initiatives.
