Job summary

Yusen Logistics (Americas) Inc. seeks an hands-on Integrated Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing programs that drive growth across Contract Logistics, Supply Chain Solutions and International Freight Forwarding.

You will partner with Sales, use CRM data for audience targeting, and lead multi-channel campaigns via email, digital, events and web channels, delivering measurable results and cost-effective programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing/Business/Communications.
• 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience.
• Experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong direct email and digital marketing experience.
• Experience with CRM data, audience segmentation and targeted marketing campaigns.
• Experience partnering with Sales or Business Development teams.
• Experience with trade shows, conferences or customer events.
• Strong project management, writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple business areas (Contract Logistics, Supply Chain Solutions, International Freight Forwarding).
• Manage direct email marketing, including planning, development, deployment and reporting.
• Define target audiences with CRM data and obtain lists for campaigns.
• Develop campaigns by industry, service, customer segment, geography and business need.
• Coordinate the marketing calendar across campaigns, emails, digital, and events.
• Lead events including pre-event promotion, invitations, and post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate website, LinkedIn, digital advertising, webinars and other channels as part of campaigns.
• Collaborate with Content & Creative Marketing Manager on messaging and materials.
• Track campaign performance and improve future programs.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while adhering to brand standards.
