Job summary

SunSource is seeking an Account Manager for Fluid Power & Motion Control within a defined territory. You will develop and autonomously manage your sales activities, delivering technical solutions and growing the customer base.

Requirements include a relevant degree or technical equivalent, 3+ years in industrial/technical sales (2+ in automation), and strong relationship-building skills. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or Engineering or a 2 year technical degree.
• 3+ years industrial or technical sales experience, 2+ years in automation sales.
• Ability to manage territory with strong planning and time management
• Experience with value add sales and establishing business relationships
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Develop and autonomously manage sales activities within a specified territory.
• Provide customers with technical solutions and apply depth of knowledge to meet needs.
• Maintain and capture new business through effective relationship building.
