Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions of Northwest Ohio is seeking an Account Manager to manage an established portfolio of commercial clients. You will visit facilities, serve as a trusted advisor, and identify opportunities to add maintenance services and products.

You’ll coordinate with independent contractors and collaborate with the Sales Team to grow the book of business. The role emphasizes relationship-building, problem-solving, and autonomous work, with a focus on delivering exceptional service

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, B2B Sales, Facility Services, Operations, or a similar client-facing role
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel throughout Northwest Ohio to visit client locations

Responsibilities

• Build long-term client relationships through regular facility visits and proactive communication
• Conduct routine quality inspections to ensure exceptional service
• Respond quickly to client concerns and coordinate solutions with our contractor network
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships through additional facility maintenance services and products
• Prepare pricing, proposals, and service recommendations
• Coordinate new client onboarding and ensure a seamless startup experience
• Recruit, support, and maintain relationships with independent contractors
• Partner with Night Managers to ensure consistent service quality
• Maintain accurate client records, inspection reports, and activity notes within our CRM system
• Work closely with the Sales Team to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
• Protect and grow an established book of business through exceptional customer service
