The position offers a base pay range of $62,300 to $103,900 with an incentive target up to $27,200, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years direct outside sales experience or military experience.
• Knowledge of sales forecasting, opportunity management and customer planning.
• Ability to communicate in today’s business environment and articulate business drivers.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer goals and respond to changing needs.
• Develop account strategies to grow sales with assigned customers.
• Demonstrate Grainger’s Value Proposition to grow profitable sales.
• Execute regular business reviews for military customers where applicable.
• Maintain compliance with company pricing and sales guidelines.
