• Coordinate cross-functional responsibilities with NC Manufacturing Institute, BioWork & Aseptic Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Logistics.
• Monitor and participate in day-to-day business development activities and services; ensure offerings meet client needs.
• Supervise employees or contractors as needed, including assigning work, evaluations, and training.
• Evaluate services and instructors; monitor budgets; coordinate contract services; develop trainings.
