Yancey Bros. Co. in Albany, GA seeks a Strategic Account Manager to support customers in the assigned territory.

You will drive sales of Building Construction Products, partner with adjacent reps, and serve as the primary liaison to customers for Caterpillar equipment and services. The role emphasizes new business development, strong customer service, and achieving sales targets. Experience in outdoors sales is required; Spanish is a plus.

• Prior outside sales experience in a designated territory.
• High energy, strong work ethic and urgent service mindset.
• Ability to build relationships with key decision makers.

Mansioni

• Prospect and develop new business in the territory.
• Build relationships with decision makers and become the single point of contact.
• Demonstrate Caterpillar Building Construction Products benefits.
• Meet or exceed gross sales, profits and close ratios.
• Develop annual forecast and monthly 90-day updates.
• Maintain ~20 sales calls per day and accurate account activity.
