Job summary

Yancey Bros. Co. is seeking a Territory Sales Representative for the Rental Division in McDonough, GA. The role focuses on securing and growing rental and compact construction equipment sales, and maintaining relationships with customers within the assigned geographic territory.

Responsibilities include generating leads, visiting customers, and coordinating with Rental Coordinators to ensure strong service. A background in sales, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the telephone.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development and time management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish new rental and sales accounts in niche markets through phone and in-person visits to potential customers.
• Identify and generate leads for new business using sales tools.
• Call on lost or dormant accounts to generate business.
• Contact customers regarding outstanding and unpaid invoices to arrange payment.
• Maintain and build positive customer relationships.
• Administrative duties such as Sales Plans and Sales reports.
• Visit all customers regularly.
