Job summary

BrightView Landscapes LLC in Woodbridge, VA is seeking an Account Manager to be the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, building long-term relationships and guiding field operations.

You will identify opportunities to upsell ancillary services, prepare estimates, deliver bid proposals, and ensure timely account renewals while coordinating with the Operations Manager and branch team.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service, management, and leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to sell ancillary services to existing clients within the portfolio.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for both new and existing clients as needed.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Build and maintain long-term relations with clients, focusing on all pertinent points of contact.
• Ensure timely account renewals within the assigned client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds expectations.
