Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, building long-term relationships and overseeing field operations. The role focuses on client satisfaction, retention, and ancillary sales with responsibility for service delivery quality.

The position requires leadership in coordinating with branch and operations teams, developing accurate estimates, and driving renewals while maintaining profitability.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to sell ancillary services to existing clients.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Generate referrals from existing client base and communicate leads to the Business Developer.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships across contacts.
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs to ensure service expectations are met.
• Lead resolution of client concerns or issues (land and/or snow).
• Ensure timely account renewals within the client portfolio.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager to meet service delivery expectations.
• Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain branch financial goals with margins for base work and enhancements.
