Job summary

BrightView is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, building long-term relationships to promote satisfaction, retention, and ancillary sales. You will oversee field operations and collaborate with the Branch Manager to ensure service excellence.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to travel to job sites. It combines office work with field-based, client-facing duties in a dynamic landscape team

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in customer service, management, and leadership, preferably in landscaping or local marketplace.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to sell ancillary services to existing clients.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients.
• Deliver bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and conduct site walkthroughs.
• Lead and resolve client concerns and ensure on-time renewals.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
• Assist in hiring, training, and coaching field crews.
