Job summary
A leading office solutions provider in Boston is seeking an Account Manager to maintain and enhance relationships with major accounts. This role involves assisting the sales team, conducting proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a BA/BS degree and 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the furniture or design industry. This position offers a competitive salary range of $60k–$75k plus bonuses, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical and 401(k).
Qualifications
2-3 years of B2B sales experience.
Experience in furniture, design, or A&D/construction industry preferred.
Responsibilities
Conduct sales calls with or without Sales Representative as needed.
Create proposals with the Sales Rep, including turnkey solutions.
Meet with the customer’s end users on-site to identify project needs.
Serve as primary point of contact with the customer.
Monitor and measure customer satisfaction for the account.
Coordinate the production of installation drawings and plans.
Attend project meetings and perform site visits as necessary.
