Job summary

ERMCO is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to grow relationships with key strategic customers in the distribution transformer sector. This role, remote within a defined set of states, requires collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to deliver customer-centric solutions and sustained revenue growth.

Travel up to 50% to client sites and industry events; relocation assistance will be provided, and candidate may reside in any of the listed states.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in strategic account management, sales, or business development.
Proven success managing complex customer relationships and driving revenue growth.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and develop actionable account strategies.
Knowledge of the distribution transformer industry.
Proficiency with CRM and sales analytics tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with assigned strategic accounts to ensure satisfaction.
Identify and pursue growth opportunities within strategic accounts to maximize revenue.
Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations.
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business challenges and aligning ERMCO’s offerings.
Prepare and present regular business reviews, forecasts, and account plans.
