This remote role covers the US states listed and requires collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to deliver tailored solutions and exceed revenue targets.

You will develop strategic plans, present reviews, and negotiate contracts while traveling up to 50% to engage with customers at sites and industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of strategic account management or sales experience.
• Proven ability to grow revenue and manage complex customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet sales targets.
• Maintain relationships with assigned strategic accounts to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations.
• Present business reviews, forecasts, and plans to customers and leadership.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing per company guidelines.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform plans.
• Resolve customer issues and escalations promptly.
• Represent ERMCO at industry events and travel up to 50%.
