Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to hit sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with strategic accounts to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify growth opportunities to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations.
• Present regular business reviews, forecasts, and account plans.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing per company guidelines.
• Monitor market trends and customer feedback to inform plans.
• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Represent ERMCO at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Travel to customer sites and industry events up to 50%.
