Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in account management or client management within professional services.
• Proven ability to grow client relationships and increase wallet share through cross selling and diversification.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including pricing, cost of sales, and margin awareness.
• Experience with workload and revenue forecasting and coordinating with delivery teams to align resources.
• Track record of managing client escalations and delivering sustainable solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills for client reviews.

Responsibilities

• Drive organic growth within the Software & Internet client portfolio through oversight of performance and commercial levers.
• Increase share of wallet through existing service offerings for Software & Internet clients.
• Manage client and portfolio workload forecast and pursue teams; provide approvals as needed.
• Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and build strong client relationships with focus on experience, retention, and escalations.
• Facilitate regular business reviews with Software & Internet clients; ensure margins align with targets.
• Pursue new commercial models and manage Master Services Agreements to improve rate cards.
• Identify emerging client needs and opportunities for new or enhanced services; lead multi-disciplinary teams with a focus on inclusion and safety.
