Job summary

Maldonado Nursery & Landscaping Inc. is seeking a Landscape Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of client accounts, build the book of business, and upsell services across our landscape maintenance offerings.

This role requires hands-on field time with your team, close collaboration with production and irrigation managers, and serving as the primary client contact to support renewal, retention, and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Account Manager experience in the landscaping industry.
• Valid Texas Driver's License.
• Experience using Aspire is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long term relationships with clients and manage expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of service offerings and identify opportunities for customers.
• Manage account profitability and aim for retention and growth.
• Serve as primary escalation point for client concerns and service issues.
• Conduct regular service reviews with clients to assess expectations.
• Promote enhancement ideas to upgrade landscape functionality and aesthetics.
• Stay current on industry standards, contracts, and terms.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate value of services.
• Prepare action plans, audits, and input data into Aspire.
• Assist with collecting client payments.
• Maintain renewal rate of 75-85% of accounts.
• Manage approximately 1.5M worth of accounts.
