Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• A minimum of ten years in manufacturing and program or account management.
• Deep EMS industry knowledge including pricing strategies and supply chain dynamics.
• Strong CRM/ERP proficiency and ability to translate customer goals into internal actions.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic growth initiatives and account planning to maximize revenue and share of wallet.
• Identify growth opportunities and guide solution development with EMS expertise.
• Lead contract and pricing negotiations to maximize partnership value.
• Coordinate with DPMs and cross-functional teams to improve execution and service delivery.
• Act as a primary customer advocate to ensure responsiveness and alignment across stakeholders.
• Analyze customer insights to drive strategic initiatives and competitive differentiation.
