Job summary

ERMCO seeks a Strategic Account Manager to manage and grow key strategic customer relationships. You will develop customer-focused solutions and align ERMCO offerings with client objectives, working with internal teams to ensure success.

Remote role within US states AZ, FL, GA, IL, KS, MA, MI, NC, NE, SD, TN, TX, WI, and WY. Relocation assistance is provided to candidates relocating to eligible states.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic account management, sales, or business development.
• Proven success managing complex customer relationships and driving revenue growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to hit sales targets.
• Maintain relationships with strategic accounts for satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify growth opportunities within strategic accounts to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Serve as trusted advisor by understanding customer challenges and aligning ERMCO offerings.
• Prepare and present regular business reviews, forecasts, and plans to customers and leadership.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing per company guidelines and customer expectations.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to inform plans.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues and escalations to maintain relationships.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
• Travel to customer sites and events up to 50%.
