You will serve as the main contact, develop strategic plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture new business opportunities. The role emphasizes strong negotiation, relationship-building, and independent work within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in account management or sales with proven revenue growth.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience selling into greenfield patches.
• 5 years' experience hunting, and finding, new accounts, new logos.
• 2 years' experience in sales account management.
• 2 years' experience selling any of the following: Fire & Life Safety systems; Security and Access Control solutions; Energy management and sustainability solutions; Building automation and controls; Connected building software and analytics.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management.
