Job summary

Stripe is seeking an Account Executive focused on Stablecoin Issuing in New York to grow adoption and revenue for the Stablecoin Issuing product and the supporting financial infrastructure.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and GTM teams to develop product knowledge, lead complex deals, and execute go-to-market strategies. This high-autonomy role integrates business, product, and technical discussions with customers and partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in technology, fintech, crypto, payments, or financial infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue target and end-to-end commercial motion for Stablecoin Issuing, from pipeline to close and launch.
• Qualify customer business models, stablecoin fund flows, target geographies, cardholder use cases, and regulatory readiness.
• Develop understanding of competitive/partner landscape to sharpen Stripe’s positioning.
• Lead technically and commercially complex sales involving stablecoin infrastructure, card issuing, cross-border money movement, and program economics.
• Navigate internal Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams, as well as financial partners and card networks, from qualification through launch.
• Develop repeatable segmentation, qualification criteria, commercial models, and GTM playbooks from early customer engagements.
• Provide market feedback to Product and Engineering as the product and market evolve.
