Job summary

Stripe is seeking an Account Executive, Product focused on Issuing and Treasury to expand usage with existing customers. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to map customer needs to Stripe’s financial infra and drive multi-year expansion opportunities.

You will serve as a trusted product and commercial advisor, understanding each user’s business model, roadmap, and tech environment, while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering to inform Stripe’s go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer-facing sales in tech/fintech/payments.
• Experience with issuing or treasury products is a plus.
• Proven quota achievement in a complex B2B environment.
• Ability to build executive relationships and lead cross-functional deals.
• Strong commercial judgment and negotiates effectively.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead Issuing and Treasury expansion opportunities across existing Stripe users.
• Build and execute strategic account plans that connect users’ priorities with Stripe products.
• Develop trusted relationships with executive, commercial, product, and technical stakeholders.
• Lead customer discovery, product discussions, and deal strategy across multi-year opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams through pricing, contracting, implementation, and growth.
