Job summary

Stripe seeks an Account Executive, Product focused on Issuing and Treasury to deepen relationships with existing customers and uncover new expansion opportunities. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding each user’s business model, roadmap, and technical environment, while partnering with Account Executives to develop multi-year account strategies.

You will lead discovery, negotiations, and cross-functional execution across product, engineering, and sales to drive activation and growth

Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer-facing sales experience in technology, fintech, or payments.
• Experience with issuing or treasury focused products is a plus.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a complex B2B sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead Issuing and Treasury expansion opportunities across existing Stripe users.
• Build and execute strategic account plans aligning user priorities with Stripe products.
• Develop relationships with executive, commercial, product, and technical stakeholders.
• Lead discovery, product discussions, business-case development, negotiations, and deal strategy.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to align on account strategy and opportunity ownership.
• Help users expand into new business units, geographies, products, and embedded-finance use cases.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for design, pricing, contracting, and activation.
• Synthesize user feedback to inform Stripe’s roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
• Create scalable go-to-market playbooks and AI-assisted workflows.
