Job summary

Stripe is seeking an Account Executive, Product focused on Issuing and Treasury, to deepen relationships with current users and unlock new use cases across fintechs, software platforms, startups, and enterprises.

You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding each customer’s business model, roadmap, and technical environment, and, with Product and Sales teams, craft multi-year account strategies, uncover whitespace, and lead complex expansion opportunities from discovery to revenue realization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer-facing sales experience in technology, fintech, payments, or similar.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quota in complex B2B sales.
• Experience growing existing relationships via cross-sell, upsell, or expansion.
• Ability to lead multi-stakeholder opportunities involving executives, product, engineering, finance, and legal.

Responsibilities

• Identify Issuing and Treasury expansion opportunities across existing Stripe users, including fintechs and software platforms.
• Build and execute strategic account plans connecting customer priorities with Stripe products.
• Develop trusted relationships with executive, commercial, product, and technical stakeholders.
• Lead discovery, product discussions, business-case development, negotiations, and deal strategy.
• Coordinate with Account Executives to align on strategy, ownership, and sequencing.
• Support expansion into new business units, geographies, and embedded-finance use cases.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to relay feedback and inform Stripe roadmaps.
