Job summary

Stripe is seeking an Account Executive, Treasury & Issuing for Platforms in London to drive growth across Issuing and Treasury products for startups, FinTechs, and platforms. You will lead complex deals, develop deep product knowledge, and collaborate across product, engineering and GTM teams to advance Stripe’s platform strategy.

The role requires strong client engagement at multiple levels, a track record of top performance, and ability to translate technical requirements into business value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer facing experience at a leading technology, issuing or payments company, selling complex multi-party solutions and closing deals with a track record of top performance.
• Analytical mindset with ability to quantify business cases for customers.
• Experience building trusted advisor relationships with senior business leaders.
• Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional partners.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to discuss complex technical requirements across multiple stakeholders and environments.
• Strong CRM hygiene and weekly/quarterly forecasting discipline.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and new client acquisition for Start-ups, FinTechs, Marketplaces and Platforms.
• Create territory plan and lead outbound outreach to build a robust pipeline.
• Develop relationships with executive stakeholders and lead discussions with customers.
• Synthesize customer feedback and inform Stripe’s product roadmap with Product and Enginеering teams.
• Contribute to go-to-market playbooks with product, marketing, sales and technical teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to shape Stripe’s products and solutions to meet customer needs.
