Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with independent retailers within the territory.
• Maintain timely communication with the account base.
• Conduct in-market store visits, staff training, and event support.
• Lead biweekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
• Develop seasonal account-level strategies and financial forecasts.
• Coordinate cross-functionally across supply chain from order-entry to delivery.
• Manage order book including preseason and at-once orders and modifications.
• Plan and execute partner and marketplace plans.
