Qualifications

• Experience owning a large, concentrated retail account relationship at a strategic, client-facing level.
• Track record operating with full autonomy and decision authority.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across creative, production, and pricing functions.

Responsibilities

• Own the buyer relationship end-to-end, leading meetings, negotiations, and order management.
• Set overall account strategy and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Coordinate cross-functional input to create a coherent account plan and pricing strategy.
• Represent the account at executive/strategic level in negotiations with suppliers and partners.
• Track opportunities, orders, and customer communications in the CRM; maintain pipeline reporting.
