This intermediate role collaborates with sales and support teams to ensure partner success and manages key accounts across engineering, training, and software offerings. The position focuses on aftermarket sales, prospecting, and strategic outreach, with responsibilities spanning consultative selling and industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a business-related field.
• 3-5 years of general sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong phone presence and professional email communication skills.
• Ability to present products virtually.

Responsibilities

• Generate quotes for engineering, training, and software services.
• Identify sales opportunities through research and outreach.
• Expand company presence within the industry.
• Conduct product training webinars for customers and prospects.
• Consult with customers as a technical resource on offerings.
• Attend trade shows and conferences to promote the company and services.
• Follow up on sales opportunities and inquiries promptly.
• Build long-term customer relationships and manage key accounts.
• Collaborate across departments to support customer needs.
