Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outreach, referrals, networking, events and client visits.
• Build relationships with contractors, plant managers, operations leaders, HR teams and project managers.
• Understand staffing needs including roles, headcount, skills, shifts, locations, timelines and site requirements.
• Manage the sales process from discovery and proposals through negotiations, signed agreements and initial assignments.
• Coordinate with recruiting and operations to set expectations and support account growth.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, clear next steps and reliable sales forecasts.
