Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience as an established Sales Account Executive in industrial automation selling capital equipment.
• Proven ability to manage accounts and develop sales strategies with leadership engagement.
• Experience selling industrial automation solutions across Body Assembly, Powertrain, Energy, and Logistics domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial process and develop customer-based sales strategies.
• Analyze market opportunities and forecast sales cycles.
• Build customer relationships and engage executives to expand the support base.
• Collaborate with Proposal, Estimating, Project Management and Engineering teams.
• Use CRM to manage leads and achieve order acquisition targets.
