MISUMI Americas is seeking an Account Executive to drive revenue growth across strategic accounts in the Factory Automation space. You will partner with internal teams, engage engineering and purchasing stakeholders, and deliver consultative solutions that improve product adoption and customer satisfaction.

The role reports to the Regional Sales Manager and requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and a track record of sales success.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing, or engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial sales experience in automation/mechanical sectors.
• Strong consultative selling skills across multiple customer levels.

• Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Engage cross-functional stakeholders and present solutions to customers.
• Forecast, track pipeline, and report progress to sales leadership.
• Maintain relationships with decision-makers in engineering, purchasing and management.
