Job summary

Paychex is recruiting a dynamic sales professional in Boise to grow our client base within Human Resource Services. You will present retirement and FSA products to decision makers, schedule visits with prospects and referrals, and use Salesforce to track opportunities and outcomes.

The role emphasizes prospecting, needs assessment, and delivering Paychex solutions to increase revenue while upholding our trusted brand and client relationships.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma - Required.
• Less than 1 year of experience in relevant Paychex experience and successful completion of required training programs and/or certification by senior sales management.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management.

Responsibilities

• Presents retirement plan and flexible spending account products to decision makers and end users to close new sales.
• Schedules appointments and visits potential and current referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospects via phone, mail, seminars, and local marketing programs to gain new clients.
• Analyzes prospects’ needs and recommends Paychex solutions.
• Expedites resolution of client problems to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Completes new business paperwork and logs client notes in Salesforce.
• Projects a positive image and may travel for meetings.
