Elite Home Health Group INC is seeking an Account Executive to drive referrals and census growth in Florida. You will develop relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and other referral partners to expand admissions and improve patient access to home health services.

Qualifications

• Sales or business development experience in healthcare.
• Ability to develop new business and manage accounts.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel across the territory.
• Knowledge of home health services and payer requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive referrals and census growth.
• Build and grow relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and referral partners.
• Maintain CRM documentation and sales reporting.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance.
