Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Strategic Account Executive to lead the FEP Mail Order relationship, ensuring satisfaction, performance, and contract adherence. You will coordinate with Mail Operations, Customer Care, Finance, Technology, Legal, and Product teams to drive value and successful delivery of obligations.

The role requires strong executive presence, strategic thinking, and ability to influence across a matrixed organization. This is a full-time position based in the United States.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of account management, healthcare, PBM, pharmacy operations, or client-facing leadership experience.
• Experience managing large, complex accounts, preferably within government programs, health plans, or Fortune 500 organizations.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience presenting to executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for FEP Mail Order operations and strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders and internal leadership.
• Lead business reviews, operational discussions, and executive-level presentations.
• Monitor and drive operational performance, contractual commitments, service guarantees, and client deliverables.
• Partner across business functions to resolve complex issues, mitigate risks, and ensure continuity of service.
• Translate operational, financial, and performance data into actionable business insights and client recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve member experience, operational efficiency, and client value.
• Support implementation of new products, programs, and technology solutions impacting the Mail Order business.
• Lead audit, compliance, and governance activities in support of contractual obligations.
• Drive strategic initiatives from planning through execution while ensuring stakeholder alignment and accountability.
