CVS Health is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to oversee the FEP Mail Order business, acting as the primary relationship manager and strategic advisor. You will drive performance, ensure contractual compliance, and partner with leaders across operations, finance, technology, legal and product to deliver value.

The role requires strong executive presence, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of account management, healthcare, PBM, pharmacy operations, or client-facing leadership experience.
• Experience managing large, complex accounts, preferably within government programs, health plans, or Fortune 500 organizations.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience presenting to executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager and strategic advisor for the FEP Mail Order business.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders and internal leadership.
• Lead business reviews, operational discussions, and executive-level presentations.
• Monitor and drive operational performance, contractual commitments, service guarantees, and client deliverables.
• Partner across business functions to resolve complex issues, mitigate risks, and ensure continuity of service.
• Translate operational, financial, and performance data into actionable business insights and client recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve member experience, operational efficiency, and client value.
• Support implementation of new products, programs, and technology solutions impacting the Mail Order business.
• Lead audit, compliance, and governance activities in support of contractual obligations.
• Drive strategic initiatives from planning through execution while ensuring stakeholder alignment and accountability.
